Sail foiling is suitable for confident level 2 sailors and above and we need a minimum of 10 knots of wind.
Wetsuits can be hired from GAC for those who don't have their own.
Each session lasts around 3 hours and you will need to bring with you some footwear you don't mind getting wet, a towel for afterwards and your wetsuit. Wetsuits can be hired for those that don't have their own, in which case you would just need something to wear underneath.
